Why I Wrote The Sword of Truth

God laid on my hart to write allegory and not just Fantasy/fiction

The Sword of Truth began with this burden a quiet, persistent sense that many believers today are facing battles they cannot see, name, or explain. Truth is questioned. Lies feel louder. Confusion keeps spreading in our world, And this is my attempt to encourage believers through allegory.

In the middle of all this, a question formed in my heart:

“What if I could show spiritual warfare in a way that helps people recognise it in their own lives?”

Not through arguments.

But through story through allegory.

A story where spiritual realities take visible shape.

Where lies have faces.

Where truth must be carried, protected, and fought for.

Where courage is costly.

And where the journey mirrors the daily walk of every believer.

A Parable for a Modern World

Jesus used parables because storie can cut trough our defences.

We can argue with a statement.

We can resist a command.

But we rarely forget a story.

I wanted The Sword of Truth to do what Christian allegory has always done:

  • Speak into our imagination
  • Speak through fantasy/fiction
  • Remind believers that truth is alive
  • and help seekers see the Christian life is not easy but obedience to God

This book is not about pointing fingers.

It is not about putting a spotlight on anything.

Not a Sermon but journey

This story does not preach at the reader.

It is allegorical fiction that points to God.

The characters wrestle with doubt, fear, pride, and confusion — because we do.

They encounter lies that feel uncomfortably familiar — because we all do.

They discover that truth is not lost But is reality to live.

I wrote this book for:

  • the believer who feels overwhelmed
  • the Christian who longs for discernment
  • the seeker who feels the pull of truth
  • the weary heart that needs courage again

What I Hope You Feel When You Read It

My prayer is simple:

That this story stirs something in you that may have grown quiet.

Courage.

Discernment.

Hope.

A renewed hunger for Scripture.

A deeper love for the King of kings and Lord of Lords.
Because the real Sword of Truth is God’s Word, and if this story leads even one person back to Scripture with fresh eyes, it has done its work.

My book is available January 1st on Amazon

I hope The Sword of Truth blesses, strengthens, and challenges you in all the right ways.

Stories do not change hearts but God often uses stories to open them.

To God be the glory.
